ASSOCIATE AWARDS AND RECOGNITION Leo J. Hoffman Associate Award Leo Hoffman was an attorney in our Dallas office who practiced for over 40 years. Leo’s sense of humor, kindness and work ethic are legendary. After he retired in the early 1980’s, Leo continued to keep regular office hours and could always be counted on to help his colleagues in any way. The firm bestows the Leo J. Hoffman Award quarterly on outstanding associates who demonstrate exceptional work during the time period. Leo’s strong work ethic and dedication to the firm continue to inspire Strasburger attorneys today. Henry W. Strasburger Appreciation Dinner In April 2001, Strasburger launched the HENRY W. STRASBURGER ASSOCIATE APPRECIATION DINNER, an annual event acknowledging the outstanding efforts of firm associates during the preceding year. At the event, the firm presents a number of awards — affectionately nicknamed the "Henrys" — to associates making these exceptional contributions. The Appreciation Dinner also links our glorious past — in the form of some of its most accomplished former partners — with our bright future. Each award presented is named for a Strasburger partner who distinguished himself as an outstanding member of the firm and community. These awards help keep alive the shining example of excellence demonstrated by our partners, so that we may never forget their accomplishments and contributions.  |
