    • Represented a lender in connection with a loan secured by an asphalt production plant.
    • Represented a joint venture in the acquisition of a portfolio of 82 operating restaurant and convenience store properties in 26 states.
    • Represented the property owner in the sale of an environmentally distressed shopping center.
    • Represented the landlord in the closure of a mobile home park.
    • Represented a limited liability company in the acquisition of 11 gas station/convenience stores in Missouri and Illinois.
    • Represented a national child care provider in the acquisition of 11 day care centers in North Carolina and Georgia.
