Buddy Ferguson's practice includes civil litigation and administrative law with an emphasis on the representation of motor vehicle manufacturers.

Mr. Ferguson currently serves as chair of the firm's Litigation Practice Area.

Mr. Ferguson has over fifteen years of experience serving manufacturer/distributor clients in dealer relation matters involving the Texas Motor Vehicle Division. Officing in the State's Capital, Austin, Texas, Mr. Ferguson routinely provides comprehensive, local representation in the following areas before the Division:

• Dealership termination and repurchase obligations
• Enforcement of dealer agreements, including exclusivity clauses
• Advertising disputes
