REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
- Part of a litigation team who represents national credit reporting agency as regional counsel in 12 states.
- Obtained summary judgments on behalf of national credit reporting agency in litigation brought by consumers alleging violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and defamation, invasion of privacy and other state law claims.
- Obtained favorable settlements on behalf of national credit reporting agency in Fair Credit Reporting Act cases.
