Michael Feiler
Fidelity and Surety Business Reorganization and Bankruptcy Construction
Michael Feiler represents clients in all aspects of litigation, including fact investigation, claim analysis, pre-trial negotiations, discovery, motion practice and judgment. Mr. Feiler focuses primarily on insurance, bonding, and other commercial matters.
Mr. Feiler has particular expertise representing insurers in coverage disputes involving financial institution bonds, commercial crime policies, faithful performance bonds, payment and performance bonds, as well as probate and guardianship bonds.
Mr. Feiler also represents clients in pursuing recovery against third parties responsible for underlying losses, including enforcement of subrogation, indemnity, and assignment rights.
Mr. Feiler also represents clients in commercial matters such as breach of contract, deceptive trade practices, and intentional tort actions (i.e., fraud, conversion, etc.).
