  • Environmental Partner
    Description: 8 plus years of environmental regulatory and transactional experience, including representation before the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and Texas Railroad Commission. Substantial experience with air quality matters and real estate development preferred, including endangered species experience and experience with water issues. Candidate must have excellent academic credentials. Portable business required.

    Description: seeking 2nd-4th year immigration associate for the Austin office. Spanish fluency (writing and speaking) and experience with employment-based immigration petitions preferred. Must have excellent legal writing skills.
