PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Strasburger emphasizes professional development by providing associates with valuable training, mentoring and career development. These initiatives are intended to tackle issues that are important to associates on a firm-wide basis, including retention, integration, client networking and business development. Combined with a supportive work environment, the firm's professional development activities are designed to give associates the tools and experience to become exceptional lawyers.
Minority Attorneys Group
Strasburger's Minority Attorneys Group (MAG) is part of a firm-wide commitment to diversity and the development of the firm’s associates. Each minority associate is paired with a senior member of the firm as a mentor from day one.
