Dallas, Texas — Strasburger & Price, LLP, was recently named as one of the Best Companies to Work for in Texas in 2010. The annual statewide survey and awards program, which is dedicated to identifying, recognizing and honoring the best employers in Texas, is a project of TEXAS MONTHLY, the Texas Association of Business (TAB), the Texas State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management (TSC-SHRM) and Best Companies Group. Eighty-five companies, all identified as benefiting the state’s economy, its workforce and businesses, were selected. Strasburger & Price was honored for the second year in a row and will be recognized at an awards ceremony and luncheon on Thursday, January 28, 2010, at the Texas Association of Business 2010 Annual Conference.

The two-part assessment process includes an Employer Benefits & Policies Questionnaire and an Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey. Winning companies received high marks from their employees in eight core areas: leadership and planning; corporate culture and communication; role satisfaction; work environment; relationship with supervisor; training and development; pay and benefits; and overall engagement.
