OUR APPROACH TO FIDUCIARY LITIGATION

When litigation is required, the attorneys of Strasburger apply the firm’s history of more than sixty years of experience in the courtroom to prevail in disputed matters. However, the experienced litigators also approach family and business matters with a sensitivity to personal relationships, when those issues are important to our clients. The firm has extensive experience in resolving disputed matters through mediation, settlement conferences, and other alternative dispute methods.

In the context of the resolution of disputes, the estate, trust, and tax planning experts of the firm apply their skills to advise clients about tax implications and estate planning consequences of proposed settlements.
