Strasburger's antitrust attorneys represent a variety of clients in antitrust counseling, governmental proceedings, and civil and criminal litigation. Our attorneys advise on antitrust distribution and pricing issues, and offer counsel on antitrust issues regarding joint venture arrangements, research and development programs, and other competitor cooperative arrangements. They also prepare, review, and revise antitrust compliance programs and present those programs to senior management and sales personnel.
