Contract Negotiations

Strasburger frequently represents clients in negotiating and drafting construction contracts, including providing analysis and advice on relevant issues such as indemnity provisions and insurance requirements and negotiating and drafting language relating to progress and final payments, project closeout and warranty provisions. During contract negotiations, our lawyers understand the need to negotiate a reasonable contract while maintaining a good working relationship with the other contracting parties.

Pre-suit Dispute Resolution

Strasburger understands that construction clients need an efficient plan to resolve disputes that does not disrupt ongoing construction projects or escalate already tense situations.
