  • Achieved a $1M+ judgment following a jury trial in Fort Worth on behalf of bank pursuing a group of guarantors.
  • Obtained a favorable judgment following trial in connection with a foreclosure action and subsequent fair market value claim asserted by a borrower.
  • Negotiated successful resolution of a case involving breach of a bank’s firewall thereby leading to multiple unauthorized wires to a foreign country.
  • Won multiple jury trials for a credit bureau in suits brought by consumers alleging violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and state law claims.
  • Obtained favorable judgment in antitrust case against numerous credit bureau and creditor defendants.
