Gomar&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br&gt;As of January  1, 2010, all Texas entities formed prior to 2006 are governed by the Texas Business Organizations Code (&#8220;TBOC&#8221;).  An entity formed under any of the Texas Business Corporation Act, the Texas Limited Liability Company Act, the Texas Revised Limited Partnership Act, the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act or other similar statute that has not previously elected early application of the TBOC and updated its governing documents accordingly may wish to review its governing documents now to determine whether they operate properly under the TBOC.  Even if compliance with the TBOC is not a major concern, an entity may wish to review its governing documents to make sure that they do not contain provisions that are outdated.....</description>
