“We are pleased to welcome such exceptional lawyers to Strasburger,” remarked managing partner, Dan Butcher. “They bring a wealth of experience in several practice areas, further expanding our ability to provide excellent service to clients across a wide spectrum of industries, including the manufacturing, energy and real estate industries as well as food, drug and device businesses. I am confident that these new attorneys will be a great benefit to our clients and their new Strasburger colleagues.”

In Dallas, partner Brozynski, a registered patent attorney, will focus her practice on intellectual property law, representing clients in patent and trademark prosecutions, oppositions, copyright disputes and other intellectual property issues. Her litigation experience includes patent, trademark, copyright and trade secrets jury trials throughout the country, particularly in Texas and Louisiana district courts. She, along with Ban and Devora, substantially expand the firm’s intellectual property litigation capabilities. Brozynski serves an array of clients from entrepreneurs to mid-size businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Her practice focuses on matters involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotechnology products and the chemical arts, but she has also prosecuted complicated patent applications involving a broad range of other technologies. Brozynski also assists with intellectual property questions and valuation for companies involved in transactional matters.

Brozynski holds a J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law and received a M.D. from the Medical University of Lodz, Poland. She is licensed in Texas and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office; the U.S. Supreme Court; the U.S. Court of Appeals, Federal Circuit; the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit; the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas; and the U.S. District Court, Colorado. Brozynski is fluent in Polish.

Hoffman, in Strasburger’s Houston office, brings decades of corporate and business transactional experience to the firm. He focuses his practice in the energy industry, but has worked for clients in a variety of industries, including chemical, manufacturing and distribution companies. Hoffman has represented businesses in mergers and acquisitions, provided outside general counsel services for both public and private companies, structured entities and assisted with financing arrangements, contract negotiations and debt and equity placements.

Hoffman is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and a Texas law license.

Cenatiempo, also in Houston, will be in the taxes and estates group. He expands the firm’s taxes and estates practice to Houston and will be the firm’s eighth lawyer who is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is also a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He helps clients with a wide array of financial and estate-planning services, including wealth preservation, probate, trusts, wills, guardianships and related matters. Cenatiempo is a cum laude graduate of the University of Houston Law Center.

She represents real estate owners, developers, investors, lenders and borrowers in a wide range of transactions including acquisitions, sales, leasing, loan workouts and foreclosures. She is licensed in Texas and graduated from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. Kennedy is also admitted to practice before the U. S. District Court, Northern District of Texas.

Ban and Devora join Strasburger’s intellectual property group in Strasburger’s Collin County office.
