“Each of our new Partners is committed to the success of the firm and our principle of going above and beyond for our clients,” said Dan Butcher, Managing Partner of Strasburger. “We are pleased to welcome these exceptional individuals to our Partner ranks, and look forward to their influence on our forward momentum.”
Andrew’s practice concentrates on representing insurance companies in coverage disputes and surety in high-dollar construction projects. Ryan represents clients in litigation matters with an emphasis on fidelity and surety claims, construction, insurance coverage, transportation, professional liability and general commercial matters. His experience includes representing debtors and creditors in corporate reorganizations, as well as in insolvency-related litigation. Ryan currently serves as Co-Chair of the Young Professional Subcommittee of the ABA’s Fidelity and Surety Law Committee. As an active member of Strasburger’s LGBT Council, Ryan spearheaded the firm’s 2018 sponsorship of Equality Texas, a statewide political advocacy organization that advocates for LGBT rights, and is an advocate for Lavender Law, the National LGBT Bar Association’s Lavender Law® Career Fair.
Kate is a privacy and technology lawyer with almost a decade of experience in technology transactions, business litigation and data security incident response. She is co-chair of Strasburger’s Privacy, Data and Cybersecurity practice group, and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals. Kate also speaks and writes frequently on technology issues related to electronic discovery, data preservation, social media, and data privacy and security.
Sarah is a commercial litigator serving clients in industries as varied as oil and gas, finance, franchise, distribution, and retail. She helps clients evaluate the risks and rewards of legal proceedings and is dedicated to supporting her clients through the entire process. Sarah has been instrumental in promoting the N.E.W.
